As stated in the Articles 6-III and 19 of French Law n°2004-575 of June 21st 2004 for Trust in digital economy (L.C.E.N), the following terms of use are presented to the Users of thecantripcafe.chloeadrian.dev (hereafter referred to as the Site).
Visiting and browsing the Site implies that the User fully accepts the following terms without reserve. The terms are available on the website in the « Terms of Use » section.
Article 1 : Identification
The Cantrip Café is a hobby project that displays information about spells from Dungeons & Dragons® 5e.
The Site was created and is operated by Chloé Adrian, who can be contacted at hello@chloeadrian.dev for any concerns or notices.
Article 2 : Hosting
This website is hosted through Netlify, on a domain registered through Ionos.
Article 3 : Third-party content & non-affiliation
The Cantrip Café is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast LLC or any other rights holder. Dungeons & Dragons and related marks are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
Where required, attribution for third-party materials is provided on the Site. If you believe any content infringes your rights, please contact us at hello@chloeadrian.dev.
Article 4 : Accuracy of information
The Site is provided for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee that any information is accurate, complete, or up to date. Rules text and game mechanics are subject to official publications which control in case of conflict.
Article 5 : Availability & changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, without notice.We may also update these Terms from time to time (see article 14).
Article 6 : Personal data & cookies
The Site does not require registration with the CNIL, as it does not collect personal data. Standard server logs (e.g., IP address, user-agent) may be collected automatically by your browser, but are not read or used by the Site. If we later add analytics or other optional features, we will update the Site and, where necessary, request your consent. If we begin processing personal data, a separate Privacy Policy will be provided.
Article 7 : Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
Article 8 : Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law, as it is where the Site operator resides and operates. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France for any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may grant you additional rights. If these Terms are translated, the English version controls in case of discrepancy.
